Solvent Naphtha 200 ND (also known as Aromatic Solvent 200 ND) is a heavy aromatic grade consisting of 99% of an aromatic compound and less than 1% of naphthalene. The CAS number for Solvent Naphtha 200 ND is 64742-94-5.

Aromatic Solvent 200 ND is a transparent liquid having an aromatic odor, high solvency, and high flash point. Naphthalene depleted solvents are used to meet the European labeling requirements. They are not as harmful as solvent naphtha.

Solvent Naphtha 200 ND is mainly made up of C12-C14 hydrocarbons among which C12 is present in the predominant amount. It is obtained from the distillation of aromatic streams of crude oil. Solvent 200 ND has low hazardous air pollutants, low sulfur content, and high boiling points.

Solvent 200 ND is used in natural and synthetic resins like epoxy and alkyd resins, printing inks, thinners for paints, varnishes, lacquers, herbicides, insecticides, fuel additives, agricultural chemicals, oilfield and refinery chemicals, process fluids, industrial cleaning, sealants, water treatment chemicals, and rolling oils.
